Why is my eSIM showing "Activating"?

It usually takes a couple minutes to install the eSIM. When your service start date is in the future and hasn't started yet, it may take a bit longer for the eSIM to activate.

In case your eSIM shows "activating" for more than few minutes, you may try one of the following:

• Turn airplane mode "ON" for a minute then turn it back "OFF"
• Restart your device
